  • In Banking center, Click on the pencil icon at the right side of the account tile.
  • Click on Account Info
  • Check the box next to Disconnect this account on save,
  • Save and close
  • Reconnect the account in the Banking Center

Alternate Solution

As an alternate way, you can also Import the Bank transaction manually to the QuickBooks. You can import a 350KB file at a time. So, ensure that the file is less than 350KB. Below are the mentioned steps:

  • Open Banking menu and then click on File Upload.
  • Now click on Upload transactions manually.
  • Click on Browse and select the downloaded transaction files. Click on Next.
  • Select the QuickBooks account

  • Click on Next
  • Now click on Finish.
